This is Shiloh, the first sire at Hobbashire Kennel. He was born in 1999. We rescued Shiloh when he was a year old from deplorable living conditions, took him to the vet, and nursed him back to health. He is now neutered and kept as the family pet. Today, he is a healthy, happy, beautiful boxer!
Shiloh passed away Jan 30 2011 in his sleep. He was almost 12 years old.He died in our home and was buried in the family graveyard. He had a flowering planted in our yard in his name.Shiloh will be greatly missed, as he was the father,Grandfather and Great grandfather to many of my Family members.
I love you baby boy and will always remember you!
This is Cairo, the first dam at Hobbashire Kennel. We took Cairo in when she was five years old, after her previous owners told us, they wanted me to have her because they wanted her to go a good home. After a few healthy litters, Cairo developed mastitis, which turned into breast cancer. She was spayed, given treatment, and kept as a family pet. Today we have a rose bush planted in her honor.
This is DyerDyer, the second female of the original Hobbashire Kennel blood line. When her owner died, I started Hobbashire Kennel using this beautiful boxer. I promised the lady that I would breed her blood line. I were very lucky, because DyerDyer's father was a white boxer. I had always wanted a white puppy, something which had been financially impossible at the time. She gave me VooDoo [my white male], Dakota, and Madia her first litter.
Everyday, I fondly remember Sherril and thank her for giving me Dyer Dyer as a gift.
